Subfast is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.
1. What We Collect
Subfast collects minimal information: your Apple ID for subscription management via Sign in with Apple, and anonymous crash reports to improve stability. We do not collect your video content, audio, or subtitle text.
2. On-Device Processing
All speech recognition and transcription happens entirely on your Mac using Apple Intelligence. Your audio and video never leave your device. Subfast has no servers that process your media.
3. Licensing & Billing
License and subscription purchases are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. We receive a purchase confirmation but not your payment details. You can manage your license or subscription at polar.sh.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated usage statistics to improve our service.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Since we store minimal data, deletion is straightforward.
