By downloading or using Subfast, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Subfast. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Subfast is a native macOS application that provides on-device captions, transcription, and zoom effects for screen recordings. Features are provided as-is and may change over time.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Subfast offers monthly and yearly subscriptions, plus a lifetime license, all processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Your subscription begins after any free trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at polar.sh.
4. Free Trial
A free 7-day trial is available. No payment method is required to start the trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using premium features.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use Subfast only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the application. You agree not to use Subfast to process content that infringes copyrights or violates applicable laws.
6. Disclaimers
Subfast is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Transcription and translation accuracy may vary. We are not responsible for errors in automatically generated subtitles.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Subfast's developer operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
